I absolutely loved Murdered: Soul Suspect. I had this game on my wish list for a while but held off due to some mixed reviews about the game upon its original release as well as some average Steam reviews. This game continued to be put on sale for $1.99 and I finally decided to give it a shot during the Spring Sale. I'm very glad I did. There isn't a lot of combat but enough to give the game a mild challenge. Murdered could be very short if you rushed through it. You could probably finish the main story in a couple of hours if you knew exactly what to do. That said, this game has a lot of additional collectibles, ghost stories, and side quests. There are enough stealth elements to satisfy fans of stealth games, plenty of decision making and investigations for fans of detective games, and the game has a good open world feel for fans of the open world genre. The easiest comparison to be made is going to be L.A. Noire but for those making this comparison please understand that is a bit lazy. While Murdered is certainly Square Enix's answer to Rockstar's L.A. Noire, this game is a ghost story and a dang good one at that. Where Murdered really shines is the story. You're going to want to play this to the end and if you enjoy detective games, ghost stories, and open world then this is exactly what you're looking for. While the game isn't overly challenging, it's hardly a walking sim. One challenge is that it can be a bit cumbersome with some of the actions, especially with the ghost girl messages but once you get used to it the control isn't a big deal. I give Murdered: Soul Suspect a 4/5.

Oh man did I love this I ate it up lol being a ghost detective solving ur own murder is a cool concept it's not the perfect game but I enjoyed it :)
